1. Acceptance
Using this site constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Purpose of the site
This site presents our studio and upcoming litters. The information published is provided for informational purposes. A puppy's availability, price and announced dates may change without notice: only a written agreement between the breeder and the adopting family is binding.
3. No online sales
No puppy can be reserved or purchased directly on this site. Every placement requires a prior conversation, a meeting and a signed adoption contract. No payment is processed through this site.
4. Information about the animals
Descriptions of breed, temperament and needs are general and do not replace veterinary advice. Every dog is an individual: the temperament observed in a puppy is not a guarantee of adult behaviour, which depends largely on training and living environment.
5. Intellectual property
The text, layout, sketchbook artwork, logo and graphic elements of this site are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.
6. Photo credits
The photographs in this demonstration version come from Wikimedia Commons, retouched in an ink/paper duotone to match the site's theme. The Creative Commons BY-SA 3.0 licence requires attribution of their authors; the studio portrait image is published under a CC0 licence (public domain), for which attribution is not required but offered as a courtesy:

The logo, the home page hero illustration, the "photo coming soon" thumbnails on the "My Puppies" page, and the site's other ink sketches are original artwork by Allenby Solutions, in the spirit of the studio's notebook, pending the client's own photographs.
